To participate in the $150 Credit to Switch program, call 704-216-7567and sign-up for fibrant service(s).

Once you receive your final bill from your previous service provider, bring a hard copy of the final bill (with the cancellation fee listed) to the Salisbury Customer Service Center offices and speak with a fibrant customer service representative.

Upon receipt of this documentation, fibrant associates will credit your fibrant account with the early termination fee of up to $150. The amount credited to the customer’s fibrant account is not to exceed the original termination fee incurred by early contract termination.

Past due charges and other incurred charges are not applicable toward the early termination fee credit amount. This promotion is for new fibrant customers only and not valid for previously existing fibrant accounts.
